FAQ
The short answers to everything people ask us. Anything missing — ask a person.
How long does shipping take?
Every INSPIR piece is printed to order, so allow 2–5 business days of making time first. Delivery is then typically 2–7 business days, because your order is printed and dispatched from within your own region (US, Europe, or Australia) rather than shipped across an ocean. The exact shipping cost is shown as its own line before you pay.
What are INSPIR tees made of?
Soft ring-spun cotton jersey — a finer, smoother, stronger yarn than the open-end cotton used in most budget blanks (heather shades contain some polyester). Designs are printed to order with water-based inks, and the print softens into the fabric with the first wash.
How does the sizing run?
True to size, in a classic semi-fitted unisex cut. Sizes run XS–5XL depending on region and colour. Every product page has a size guide with the garment measured flat — if you are between sizes, size up for a relaxed drape.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — while it is still in pre-production. Use the order tracking page with your INS- order number (from your confirmation email) and the email you ordered with. Once a garment enters production it is being made specifically for you and can no longer be cancelled, but the 30-day return policy still applies.
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any piece that is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, for a full refund to your original payment method. If a piece arrives damaged or misprinted, send a photo within 30 days and we will replace or refund it in full — usually without asking you to post it back.
Why is my price shown in my local currency but charged in USD?
Prices are displayed in your region’s currency (USD, EUR, or AUD) so you know what you are paying, but the payment itself is processed in US dollars — the exact USD amount is shown at checkout before you confirm. Your bank converts at its own rate.
Is print-on-demand sustainable?
It removes the two biggest wastes in clothing: overproduction and long-haul freight. Nothing is printed until someone orders it — no overstock, no markdown landfill — and each piece is made in the region it ships to, then delivered by carbon-neutral courier.
Do the prints crack or fade?
Cared for normally — machine wash cold, inside out, hang dry — the print is engineered to outlast the fabric’s shape. Avoid tumble-drying on hot and ironing directly over the artwork, and both the tee and the print will age gracefully.
